Tantric Hatha
Tantric Hatha Yoga is a profound and holistic practice that unites body, mind, and energy through classical techniques from the tantric tradition. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, this yoga style is not merely physical exercise — it is a path toward awareness, energy balance, and inner transformation.
In Tantric Hatha, we move consciously through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to harmonize the physical and subtle layers of the self. Every movement and every breath is infused with awareness and intention, turning the practice into a moving meditation rather than a performance.
Tantric Hatha Yoga is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga. The focus is not on flexibility or strength, but on awareness, sensation, and energy. Each class is adapted to the individual, allowing everyone to find stability, calm, and inner power.
The purpose of Tantric Hatha Yoga is to create balance between body, mind, and energy — to open the doorway to a deeper sense of presence and connection with life force.
Gentle Flow
This class offers a softer and slower-paced approach to Tantric Hatha Yoga. We focus on grounding, mindful movement, and deep awareness of breath and energy. The practice invites the body to open gently and the mind to settle into stillness.
It’s ideal for days when you need to slow down, restore your energy, and reconnect with yourself. Expect longer holds, fewer postures, and a meditative rhythm that nurtures both body and mind.
Which should I choose?
Both classes are rooted in Tantric Hatha Yoga — one more dynamic and activating, the other more grounding and introspective. Together, they offer a balance between strength and stillness, effort and surrender.
On some days, the classes will be scheduled back-to-back, so you can stay for both: first engaging the body and breath through a more dynamic session, and then softening into a slower, grounding flow. It’s a beautiful way to move from activity to rest, from doing to being.
