“I’ve been attending the yoga class with Ida for a while now, and it’s been such an immersive experience. The sessions are wonderful balance between relaxation and a core workout, they are super calming but often intense enough to feel the muscles even next days. I especially love the meditation, mindfulness practices and breathing techniques. In fact, I’ve even started using the breathing techniques in my daily life, and they really help me stay grounded. Each class is an opportunity to learn more about my body, while also getting to know different aspects of yoga such as the chakras (which I had no idea before). What I appreciate most is how completely disconnected I feel from stress during practice, it's because Ida truly guides throughout the practice, making sure that exercises are done correctly, creating spaces that feels like time just for myself.
