I offer one-to-one yoga sessions designed around you: your body, your needs, and where you are in your life right now. These private sessions create a calm and supportive space where we can work in depth and at your pace, allowing you to build a practice that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your intentions.

Together, we shape each session to support what you are looking for. This may include mindful movement focused on a specific area of the body, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and build strength in a balanced and conscious way.

We can also dedicate time to breathwork, using guided breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, increase clarity and energy, and create a deeper connection between body and mind.

Meditation can be integrated into the session or offered as a primary focus, giving you the opportunity to cultivate inner calm, presence, and mental resilience.

Whether you are new to yoga or wish to deepen your existing practice, a one-to-one session offers personal guidance and space for real transformation.
