Ida had taken good care of us with cake, tea and a small gift. She is good at what she does and has a very pleasant voice, which for me means I can relax well. I have booked for the next time and am looking forward to it. Don't let the Sharing circle put you off - it's voluntary. I have tried doing yoga but it's too hard for my body - I have fibromyalgia. But I could easily handle the quiet and simple movements we did.”
